Trainee Programs Brazilians may apply for the long-standing Tropical Hotels & Resorts Brasil practical and professional on-site training program. Positions are available at the hotels and at Tropical Corporate, and many engagements result in permanent employment. Organized annually, and with the partnership of the University of Caxias do Sul and the Escola Superior de Hotelaria Castelli, both located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, the program teaches hotel industry professional skills as part of a structured trainee program. Particular emphasis is placed upon potential candidates attending regular lectures and classes at both schools in Canela. Tropical Hotels & Resorts Brasil presents and displays information about Tropical’s management and administration structure as well as information about operations, marketing and sales. Many talented trainees are selected this way, and are now employed by Tropical Resorts or in the hotel industry. |
